Big Backyard Ultra comes to South Africa in an exciting national series format and will take participants to 5 locations around the country each with varying terrain and unique challenges.
Participants are required to consecutively run a distance of 6,706 meters (4.167 miles) in less than one hour. The participants who run the most laps - wins.
The Series
There are 5 races in the BBU South African Series.
Participants will be awarded points based on their finishing position.
