CRADLE MOON DUEL
'Who Is Quickest'
The Cradle Moon Night Duel is a race where Mountain bikers and Trail Runners duel it out and see who is quickest. Trail Runners and Mountain Bikers will Start and Finish at the same area but will compete on separate routes around Cradle Moon Lakeside Game Lodge.
Experience the night sounds and wildlife of the African Bush as you explore this stunning nature reserve at night.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All COVID-19 protocols will be followed and you are required to do your bit as well.

TIMING
To avoid gatherings, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time.
Participants will be given a timing wristband.
When you are ready, simply tap and go. Tap the Timing Pod when you are finished.
WATER POINTS
There are no water points on the route.
32gi will be looking after your nutritional requiements at the Finish Line.
MEDALS
All finishers will get a finishers magnetic medal.
There are prizes up for grabs for the Ultimate Duel Winners.

THE RULES and REGULATIONS
No helmet, no ride!
Headlights are mandatory for Night Duels.
There are no water points, bring your own bottles or water bladder.
Cradle Moon is a nature/game reserve with various animals on the property.
Some of these animals become more active at night and may end up along various routes. Precautions are in place to ensure the safety of participants and the animals but please look out for any animals at all times.
Social Distancing

Your temperature will be tested before collecting your timing wristband.

Please don't gather before and after your run / cycle.

Masks are to be worn on arrival, during timing wristband collection and at the start/finish area.

Ensure that a gap of 1.5 m is maintained at the start.

Hand sanitiser will be provided.

Strictly no spectators allowed.
Results

Fastest Cyclists / Runners will be notified once everybody has finished.

Organisers decision are final.
