COMPULSORY GEAR
All runners are required to be 'Self-Sufficient'
At a minimum, all runners are to carry a cell phone and a water bladder / bottle.
NB - LITTER FREE RACE - NB
As with all our other events, Conquer the Trails is a LITTER FREE RACE! This means that there will be no water sachets or cups available at the water points. Runners are encouraged to bring their own hydration packs, water bladders, containers and water bottles. Water containers will be available at all water points where you can fill up. Reusable cups can be purchased online or at the venue.
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the event date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the event.
Entry transfers to another participant are permitted for the same event only and must be completed before race day. Entries may not be transferred to another event or carried over to a future event.
Approved refunds will be processed after the event and will be subject to the Entry Tickets transaction fee (10%), in addition to a R25 administration fee.
