Doggie Dash

Dogs, take your humans for a walk!

 

Join us at the Doggie Dash where we combine two things that bring joy into our lives – our dogs and exercise. Grab your walking shoes, a leash, some friends, and join us at Jodev Farms at Teak Place Estate, to take your fur-kid for a stroll / walk / run around this beautiful estate. Choose between the 3km or 5km route - either way, you are bound to have fun!

Stick around after the Doggie Dash for some delicious food and drinks for humans, and homemade doggie biscuits for the stars of the show. A little Doggie Dash memento medal will be given to all dogs at the finish line, which can be personalised on the day.

Entry Fee:

Dogs are free but they need to be accompanied by a human (R150) - max 2 dogs per human.

A portion of your entry fee will be donated to the SPCA.

Late entries available on the day

 

NB - Medals - NB

Limited medals have been made for the event.

Late Entries MAY qualify for a medals if there are any spare medals.

Late entries can get a medal on a first-come basis.

Supporting SPCA

We try to support a charity where possible through our events. Support a great cause and help us make a difference towards the welfare of animals! A portion of your entry fee will go to the SPCA, but please also feel free to bring any tinned food, dry food, blankets and pet toys with you, that we can donate to the local SPCA after the race.

 

Event Rules

1) Please make sure ALL DOGS are on a leash at all times.

2) Please pick up after your dog by making use of the poop bags available at the event or bring your own along with you.

3) While all dogs are welcome, please bear in mind that your dog will be around many other dogs, so consider whether they are sociable and comfortable enough to be around other dogs.
