MEDALS vs. CHARITIES
We believe in giving back where we can and 2023 is a great time to do it.
On one hand, medals represent your achievements, your triumphs and your goals.
On the other hand, we have the chance to support causes that are in real need.
Instead of giving medals to all finishers, finishers can choose to either:
1) Donate the 'medal portion' of their entry fee to a chosen charity for that specific event or
2) Request a medal when they enter online, which they will receive at the finish line, or
3) Request a medal and donate when you enter online.
Each event supports a different charity.
Litter is damaging our environments, killing our animals and polluting our water.
We at WannaDo Events want to play our part and reduce litter where we can.
That is why, all our events are LITTER FREE EVENTS!
This means that there will be no water sachets or plastic cups available at any of our water points.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own hydration packs, water bladders, containers or water bottles.
Each event will have information on the distance between water points, what will be available so participants can plan accordingly.
